The adjustable hood can be rolled up in dry weather and stowed in the collar – so it doesn’t flap annoyingly in the wind. Speaking of wind: the cuffs and hem can be closed tightly with Velcro or a drawstring. Essentials can be stored in the two front pockets.

Technologies

CEPLEX ACTIVE
Ceplex Active is a high-quality membrane or coating – permanently waterproof, breathable and windproof. It can withstand a water column of at least 10,000 mm (JIS L 1092 B). This membrane is 100 % PTFE-free.

ECO FINISH
VAUDE products with Eco Finish are environmentally friendly, water-repellent and made without fluorocarbons (PFCs). PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used to impregnate the outer fabric of many outdoor products.They have come under criticism because they are considered non-degradable, accumulate in the body and are suspected of being harmful to health.VAUDE has made a clear commitment to completely avoid PFCs.
