The caliper is not only stiffer, but lighter too, with phenomenal pad clearance for rub-free operation.

SRAM eTap / AXS battery is the power source for the eTap / AXS system and is interchangeable between front derailleur and rear derailleur. It’s time to shift up a gear. At SRAM, we know that technological progress has to prove itself in practice. A bicycle in particular should be simple. Elegance means doing without anything superfluous. That’s progress, and it’s our guiding principle for our first electronic shifting system, the SRAM RED® eTap.

SRAM eTap/AXS charger

SRAM batteries can be removed for charging in no time at all. Simply release the battery lock and remove the battery from the rear derailleur or front derailleur. Now click the battery into the USB charging cradle and connect it to any USB power source. Full charging takes about 60 minutes.
