Technologies

SCN-PP Multimirror
The SCN-PP™ Multi-Mirror coating from Scicon Sports is an ultra-thin metal layer on the outside of the lens which, as the name suggests, creates a mirror effect not only visually but also functionally when worn. Depending on the degree of mirroring, multi-mirrored lenses reflect the sun’s rays away from the lens surface, reducing the amount of light that reaches the eyes when the glasses are worn and offering 100% UVA and UVB protection.

UV 400 protection
100% blocking of all light rays up to 400NM, including UVA and UVB rays.

Hydrophobic + Oleophobic
All Scicon Sports goggles are treated with a high-quality hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment, which ensures that water, oil and dirt roll right off your lenses. This treatment also gives the lenses special smudge-resistant properties and at the same time provides additional protection for the multi-mirror coating, which ensures worry-free lens care.

Hard coating
Scicon Sports provides all cycling and lifestyle lenses with a special anti-scratch coating. The hard coating on all lenses protects the lenses from hard knocks.

Gravity locking system
The innovative locking system makes it quick and easy to remove the lenses from the frame. A simple push on the nose pad releases the lenses quickly.

84 micro ventilation holes
Equipped with 84 micro-ventilation holes, these lenses ensure an even flow of air, significantly reducing the risk of fogging.
