The Ksyrium 30 Disc is an entry-level model for high-level race performance with a new UST Road Tubeless system for a smoother ride and improved puncture resistance. The 30 mm deep rim optimizes aero performance and stability in crosswinds, while the alloy rim offers a balance between stiffness, strength and weight by carefully balancing the rim wall thickness.

The straight spokes are connected to high-quality Infinity hubs, which guarantees optimum stiffness and durability. The Instant Drive 360 ratchet freehub system ensures fast activation and low friction.

Maxtal
Light and strong. The aluminium alloy produced exclusively for Mavic offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than conventional 6106 aluminium.

SUP welding technology
More stable and smoother rim joint. Soudé Usiné Process. The rim joint is welded and then milled over to achieve an even braking surface.

Infinity hub
Mavic’s Infinity hub stands for optimum power transmission, durability and compatibility. The Instant-Drive 360 freehub technology ensures fast engagement under load with high stiffness and durability and offers automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto), which is easy to maintain without special tools. Designed for compatibility and ease of use, the Infinity hub can be converted to all major freehub options and axle sizes.

UST Tubeless Technology
Traction, control and lightweight. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort – while reducing inertia and puncture risk. Mavic’s tubeless design reduces rolling resistance, makes the wheel lighter and conjures up more riding comfort on the road.

QRM (Qualité de Roulements Mavic)
Qualité de Roulements Mavic. Mavic only uses high-quality, sealed cartridge bearings. On QRM wheels, they are double-sealed (2RS or LLU) and have a tight C3 internal clearance.
