Lake CX239 – Road Bike Shoes

The dual BOA® Li2 dials with wider spacing offer a finer, zone-specific adjustment, especially in the forefoot area. The fit is based on the CX/TX Competition last, which is perfectly designed for high cadence and pressure with a larger toe box, narrower heel and slightly more volume.

The 100 % carbon fiber sole with 3-hole cleat pattern ensures efficient power transmission and a high level of comfort. A modern, low-seam design with protective caps on the heel and toe protects the shoe from wear and tear. The CX239 combines comfort, stability and performance – ideal for long, intensive rides with legendary Lake comfort.

CX/TX Competition
With a profile specifically designed for very high cadence and higher pressure, the Competition last has a more curved profile than the Sport last. Key differences include a wider toe box and heel lift, a firmer heel and a slightly wider ball of the foot to allow the foot to expand under high pedal pressure.
