The ION Base Layer long sleeve shirt Merino for men is suitable for mountain biking in cold weather conditions thanks to the highly functional and comfortable materials. ION relies on a blend with RWS-certified, mulesing-free merino wool.
The natural fiber is known for its outstanding temperature properties: it insulates against both cold and heat. Merino wool can absorb many times more moisture without feeling clammy. To prevent it from remaining trapped in the fiber, the blend consists of recycled polyester fibers that quickly release moisture. Additionally, merino wool is considered odor-neutralizing and has a soft feel against the skin.
