The Shimano DEORE RD-M6100 1 x 12-speed rear derailleur for 10-51 cassette is characterised by an elegant yet aggressively angled design. New, large guide and tension pulleys with 13 instead of the previous 11 teeth ensure improved shifting performance. These also contribute to improved chain stabilisation, as does the Shadow RD+ design with friction damper (without original packaging).

Based on the DNA of XTR, DEORE XT and SLX, the new M6100 series now brings the proven SHIMANO 12-speed technologies to the market at DEORE level.
The DEORE 12-speed rear derailleur guarantees fast and precise shifting across the entire range of 10-51 teeth. Guide and tension pulleys with 13 teeth and SHIMANO SHADOW RD+ technology reduce chatter and improve chain retention on sprockets and chainrings by increasing chain tension and reducing movement of the rear derailleur cage.
