Technologies

UV400 Protection
Eye protection is essential, e.g. for easily visible hazards such as dirt, sand and oil. But what about hazards that are not so easy to see, such as ultraviolet radiation? The 100% UV 400 lenses block with a wavelength of up to 400 nanometers – including all harmful UVA, UVB and UVC rays, regardless of sun or clouds.

Frame ventilation
100% takes frame ventilation to the next level with the simple aim of controlling airflow holistically. Ventilation considerations start with the frame design, careful selection of the appropriate pane cut and planning the perfect diffuser. This combination of elements results in excellent ventilation, heat dissipation and reduced fogging.

Hard Coating Finish
Each 100% lens is coated with a special Hard Coating protective coating that completes each lightweight, injection-molded polycarbonate (PC) lens. This coating primarily provides a scratch-resistant surface, but also increases impact resistance and extends the life of the lenses.

Hydrophobic + Oleophobic
100% high-quality hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment ensures that water, oil and dirt roll off your lenses. This treatment also has wipe-resistant properties, provides additional protection for mirror coatings and ensures carefree lens care.

Impact protection
The 100% impact resistant lens technology (ANSI compliant) is made of lightweight polycarbonate and is finished with a high quality hard coating. The flexible composition of the lens flexes on impact and absorbs the energy without shattering – so your vision is always protected.

TR90 frame
As well as being comfortable and flexible, frames made from TR90 are far less likely to break or bend on impact – the material even helps to absorb shock. 100% handcrafted sunglasses frames made from durable, flexible and ultra-light TR90 material.
