Groundbreaking bibshort with new EGM pad: The Pro SL EGM from Endura

The new Conform 800 Series EGM pad, an evolution of the Endura 700 Series pad, incorporates medical grade silicone in key areas to successfully dampen pressure. This high-tech material, which extends from the sit bones to the front of the pad, ensures good pressure distribution in key areas while still being lightweight.

Thanks to the pre-shaped multi-panel construction, the bib shorts adapt perfectly to the shape of the body, while the fabric panels in the lumbar area prevent annoying slippage.

Technology

EGM
The Ergonomistry Project was developed in collaboration with leading cycling physiotherapist and ergonomist Phil Burt. The first result of this collaboration is the 800 series Conform EGM pad used in many Endura bibs. With this pad, Endura is breaking taboos in the fight against the aches and pains that cyclists often suffer when sitting in the saddle. The medical elastomer, also used in prosthetics, protects sensitive areas. It dissipates pressure far better than foam or traditional PU gels, protecting the skin and underlying tissue. CVP and liquid elastomer – In this novel application, a high level of comfort is achieved by combining the medical elastomer in liquid form with Endura’s CVP (Continuous Variable Profile) pads.
