Highlights of the Radon JEALOUS 10.0 EA
It all starts with the superb JEALOUS carbon frame, which weighs just 950 grams with all the technical features it has to offer, and looks extremely sexy in its dark green effect paint finish. At the front, the FOX 32 Float Factory Stepcast fork with its 100 mm travel provides plenty of comfort and can be perfectly adjusted to the rider’s preferences to always generate the necessary grip. In addition, the shimmering golden Kashima coating provides the necessary bling-bling factor as well as the finest response. The super-light, hand-flattering cockpit, like the comfort-boosting carbon seatpost, comes from Newmen. To equip you for all eventualities, we have equipped the JEALOUS 10.0 EA with a super-fast and precise electronic drivetrain from SRAM, the XX1 Eagle AXS. Everything good comes together here: carefree and crisp shifting, low weight, a generous gear range with the 10-52 tooth cassette and the look is also impressive. The copper-colored cassette and chain go perfectly with the Kashima tone and the liquid green paint of the frame. Braking is provided by Magura’s XC flagship MT8SL, which perfectly combines braking power and minimal weight. The race-ready package is completed with the Newmen SL X.A.30 wheelset with lightweight and solid carbon rims, which easily accommodate the tires with their 30 mm rim width and bring them into shape. Here we fit the fastest tires available from Schwalbe: the combination of Racing Ray at the front and Racing Ralph at the rear in the Addix Speedgrip rubber compound and with Super Race carcass, also with the stylish transparent skin sidewall. The 950 gram frame is the ideal basis for fantastic overall bike weights under 9 kg and opens up new horizons for you both on the home trails and on the race track. The geometry places you wonderfully centrally on the bike, 100 mm of travel at the front helps you chase through the wildest trails and comfort at the rear is not neglected either. Whether you want to beat your buddies on the climbs or your rivals on the circuit, your JEALOUS is the perfect partner.
The JEALOUS Frame
Our JEALOUS frame impresses with technical finesse on the one hand and an elegant look on the other. Visually, the JEALOUS is as clean as can be, the frame has only minimal frame openings, the cables are routed completely internally and the lines are completely straightforward yet angular and striking. If you look at the frame from the drive side, there are no more annoying frame openings. For all its visual elegance, the JEALOUS is also technically impressive: at 950 grams, the frame only weighs a little, making it a great basis for very lightweight complete bikes. In addition, there is a very high level of stiffness that provides maximum support for every acceleration. The World Cup-tested geometry is beyond reproach and can also help you onto the podium.
The UD-Carbon Finish
It is a common feature of UD carbon that you can see individual layers of carbon under the glossy or matt clear coat – each frame is unique due to the manufacturing process by hand and is therefore one of a kind. The fibers are arranged in parallel during this manufacturing process, so there is no need for a specially laid “visible layer” or carbon layer.
